We’re on the hunt to find someone to join our team. A full time or part time creative that adds to our culture, has some mad skills and is passionate about — people, brands & communication. Our studio is in Auckland, we share our neighbourhood & space on Cross St with a good bunch of weirdly wonderful people. We only work four days a week (Mon-Thur) so hopefully you’ve got other stuff you like to do :)

Management & communication — A crucial part to making your projects run smoothly for you, the team and the client. Clear, concise & friendly communication within the team & with clients.
Scoping & planning — Approximately estimating your time / cost for inclusion in proposals & budgets. Effectively breaking up your workload into sprints, creating timelines, setting milestones and understanding the holistic project.
Strategy & research — Understanding businesses, brands, objectives and audiences. Environment research of audiences, competition, inspiration and technology. Interpreting your findings, extracting key insights and presenting to the team.
Collaboration & production — Collaborating with our studio team, the client and external partners. You’ll be a key part of managing the relationship and helping execute the final production of any brand based content e.g. video, photography and copy.
Ideation & research — Leading and bouncing with the team on ideas for campaigns, content, channels, events, storyboards, technology, installations, activations etc… Regular weekly research to present ideas and happenings within NZ and abroad to the team.
Copywriting — Interviewing, meeting and listening. Creating humanistic and strategic copywriting that reflects the brand and resonates with the audience. This could be anything from defining a tagline or Facebook Ad to writing the content for a website.
Social marketing — Expertise in the strategic and technical execution and management of social media marketing. You’ll be keeping up to date with the smallest of updates and changes in this space, ensuring our brands are utilising these channels to the best of their ability. You’ll be leading — social media strategy, content schedules, community management and importantly measurement and analysis reports.
Studio PR — Creating regular blog posts for our clients, regular newsletters, researching & preparing for awards, researching events and managing our social media.
Networking — You’re connected within the industry, regular coffee dates / long lunches, attending industry events, and nurturing existing client relationships.
Pitching — Brand / enviro research, ideas, proposal writing and presenting.
We’re looking for someone with at least two years industry experience across — Research, ideas, copywriting, social marketing and social media management. Ideally you’ve had some form of training and/or education across these core disciplines. And you’ve got some good example work, projects and brands you’ve worked on.
